Paradise Hills Gallery, 2011
Momo, 2011. Dimensions variable. Fabrics, lights, LED controller, 6.1-channel generative sound, light & movement sensors, electronics, speakers, paint.
An immersive installation utilizing light and motion sensors to generate complex sound events in relation to the viewer’s movement and position. Momo referenced Artaud’s text of the same name and the sound design of the movie ‘Alien 4’, to explore the role of movement and affect in the disruption of relation.
